Want to know “What is ‘You’ and ‘Theology of the Body?’”

It’s a vital series of workshops for teenagers and parents, centered around knowing and healing our God-given identity.

Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions:

  • Who am I?
  • What is my purpose in life?
  • Why did God make me a male or a female?
  • How can I find true happiness here on earth?
  • How can I find love that truly satisfies me?
  • Why did God create me?
  • What is love?

Or do you know anyone who has struggled with his or her own goodness or sexuality?

If your answer is yes, this course is for you. Theology of the Body reveals our identity and shows that our bodies and their desires actually point us to the meaning of life.  It’s geared toward parents and their 7th through 12th grade children.  Authored by Brian Butler, Jason Evert and Crystalina Evert, it’s based on the teachings of St. John Paul II, and will be led by Fr. Pier Giorgio Dengler with several volunteers.

In our day and age, many struggle to know who they are, and experience questions about their identity, confusion, shame, gender dysphoria, even self-destructive thoughts.  We are bombarded with social media, pornography, influencers, and gender lies.  Love is confused with lust.

This course will teach you to live with purpose.  You can then take what you learn and apply it in a practical way and see that your life will be changed for the better.

Parents, not only will you get to spend time with your child, you will learn how to continually renew your wedding vows and all will find out the four parts of self-donating love.

We will meet every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning for five weeks beginning October 29th and ending December 6th (we will not meet during Thanksgiving week).  We will ask for a small donation for the books.

We can’t wait for you to join us!
